GCM Relationship Manager III - Loan Agency

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; other acceptable locations include Wilmington, Delaware, Dallas, Texas, and Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Salary: $106,700–$177,900 USD per year

What you will do

• Administer daily loan servicing, including transaction onboarding, debt service payments, fundings, repricings, amendments, and terminations.
• Review trade documents, resolve discrepancies, and process executed assignments and trades in the loan system.
• Partner with relationship managers and internal stakeholders to oversee portfolios and resolve operational issues.
• Liaise with clients and external parties, respond to requests, and provide timely client service.
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify risks requiring escalation and maintain internal controls, audit actions, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of combined higher education and/or work experience, including 5 years of relevant experience with direct client contact.
• Exposure to loan agency operations.
• Strong customer service, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
• Experience with loan agency operations or LoanIQ.
• CCTS certification for a corporate trust focus.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with relevant software applications and collaborative team environments.
