What you will do

• Manage complex Global Capital Markets client relationships and serve as the primary contact for clients and internal and external service partners.
• Administer assigned accounts, including cash flow execution, fee billing, reporting, database monitoring, and tickler processing.
• Review legal documents and agreements, provide comments to counsel, and coordinate transaction-related activities with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, attorneys, financial advisors, and other partners.
• Structure and close transactions, participate in client meetings and sales calls, prepare fee proposals, and support client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Identify and resolve control, risk, regulatory, and client service issues while maintaining internal control standards.
• Lead or participate in departmental, divisional, product development, service delivery, and corporate initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or 9 years of combined higher education and work experience including at least 5 years in the field.
• At least 2 years of work leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience.
• High proficiency with personal computers and relevant software, including the ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents.
• Knowledge of corporate structures, relevant laws and regulations, and financial calculations involving discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, strategic thinking, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and monitor Relationship Managers and Client Administrators and exercise managerial authority over staffing and performance management.

Nice to have

• CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification.
• Working knowledge of specialized internal software applications.
• Demonstrated ownership of jobs or projects.
