Merchant Services Account Executive - Virtual Client (Payments)

Location: Remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval; occasional in-office participation may be required. Remote work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home workspace.

Salary: $52,500–$105,000 base salary, plus incentive-eligible compensation.

What you will do

• Market credit card systems and support services to business customers.
• Prospect for payment solution opportunities among businesses with $1–10MM in annual revenue.
• Partner with Business Banking Relationship Managers and Treasury Management Officers.
• Develop client relationships, identify requirements, and recommend appropriate services.
• Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and credit card processing.
• Manage and report sales statistics and refer leads beyond the target market.

Requirements

• Experience in Merchant Services or Payment Processing sales is required.
• Knowledge of sales, prospecting, client relationship management, negotiation, and business banking.
• Strong communication, customer focus, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
• Associate degree; comparable education, certifications, or experience may be considered.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
• Cold calling, competitive strategy, sales operations, and operations management experience.
