Operations Executive - IMPORT - CHB - (8569)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end processing of customers’ ocean CHB orders and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate arrivals, delivery order collection, customs declaration processing, and payment of customs and port charges.
• Keep operational systems updated and upload relevant documents to BDP Smart.
• Prepare regular operational status reports and troubleshoot issues involving carriers, ports, and customs.
• Submit claim-related documents to the customs team and ensure invoices are issued and sent according to customer requirements.
• Process shipments accurately, meet KPI requirements, and maintain timely, compliant documentation.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in ocean import operations and customs house brokerage.
• Ability to coordinate shipment documentation, customs declarations, delivery orders, and port charges.
• Ability to manage customer updates, operational reporting, invoicing, and claim documentation.
• Strong attention to punctuality, accuracy, and flawless order handling.
• Awareness of QHSE and Business Continuity Management principles, with strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in accordance with KPI, compliance, and approved subcontractor requirements.
