Sr. Operation Executive - Airfreight (8463)

Location: Egypt customs operations and airfreight shipment coordination

What you will do

• Negotiate airfreight rates with airlines, GSAs, origin offices, and agents.
• Prepare and follow up on client quotations, including freight and insurance when required.
• Coordinate airway bills, cargo acceptance, handover, packing, labeling, pickup, and delivery activities.
• Execute customs clearance and coordinate customs inspections in accordance with Egypt customs rules and regulations.
• Update shipment details and cargo status in the hirify.global system for customers and internal teams.
• Complete job costing sheets and customer invoicing after delivery.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating airfreight pricing and operations.
• Knowledge of airway bill execution and coordination with ground handling agents and carriers.
• Ability to manage customs clearance and inspection procedures in Egypt.
• Understanding of cargo packing, labeling, commodity, and destination requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, dispatch teams, carriers, GSAs, partners, and finance.
