What you will do

  • Manage customs clearance for KSA import and export shipments, including declarations, duty and tax calculations, tracking, and release management.
  • Operate customs platforms including Fasah and Bayan.
  • Review commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, declared values, and countries of origin for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate regulatory approvals through SABER, SFDA, CITC, GACA, and other government platforms.
  • Resolve inspections, missing documents, declaration discrepancies, shipment holds, and other customs exceptions.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Transportation, Finance, customers, and other stakeholders while monitoring KPIs and supporting process improvements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Customs, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in KSA customs, customs clearance, freight forwarding, express delivery, logistics, or 3PL operations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of KSA customs clearance procedures and experience with Fasah and Bayan.
  • Understanding of KSA/GCC HS codes, customs declarations, duties, taxes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, exception-handling, communication, cross-functional coordination, data processing, and Excel skills.
  • Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

  • Arabic communication skills.
  • ZATCA/Fasah or SABER/SASO-related training or certification.
