Team Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands. Onsite role in a 2-shift schedule: morning shift from 06:30 to 15:30 and evening shift from 15:00 to 00:00; weekend work is scheduled every four weeks.

What you will do

• Lead and inspire a diverse Cabin Install team of more than 50 technicians within Global Manufacturing TwinScan Factory.
• Manage production processes and resources to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost targets.
• Handle people management, including selection, development, goal setting, performance management, coaching, and motivation.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, problem solving, and lean transformation initiatives.
• Support new product introductions, resolve issues raised by team members or customers, and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to hirify.global business processes, quality standards, safety standards, norms, and procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant technical bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a team.
• Experience in operations management and an understanding of hirify.global business needs.
• Leadership, coaching, communication, pragmatic problem-solving, and people-development skills.
• Ability to work visibly on the shop floor, perform under pressure, and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal English is required.
