What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop hardware and software engineering teams, including hiring and performance management.
• Oversee the design, development, and validation of automotive electronic systems and ECUs.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgets, and department infrastructure.
• Review and approve technical designs and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety and cybersecurity standards.
• Act as the primary engineering representative for cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and agile development methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in automotive electronics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in embedded systems, microcontrollers, and automotive communication networks like CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading complex product development from concept through production.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
