What you will do

• Provide architectural guidance and design reviews for complex software applications and modules.
• Manage and coach a team of 3 to 10 direct reports, overseeing performance reviews and task allocation.
• Take full responsibility for the definition and successful completion of medium-scale projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and research leads to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering roles, including Senior Software Engineer.
• 1+ years of experience leading a team either formally or informally.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Go, Python, or Node.js) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture and experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
