Power Platform Developer

Location: Fully remote within the UK, with occasional visits to the London office, ideally up to once a month

What you will do

• Develop business solutions with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Microsoft Dynamics CE, and related technologies.
• Design and document custom solutions aligned with evolving business needs.
• Build and maintain API, webhook-based, and event-driven integrations with internal and external systems.
• Own solution enhancements, maintenance, reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Support robust deployment processes and provide technical documentation and training for the Service Desk.
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing and create user-acceptance test scripts.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience developing business applications with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools, processes, and best practices.
• Experience with Azure API Management and other Azure services for secure, scalable integrations and cloud-based delivery.
• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, including Copilot and LLMs, plus practical experience using AI tools and agentic AI coding practices.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python, PHP, or .NET.
• Experience with ALM, CI/CD, automated testing, API security, monitoring, and troubleshooting integration issues.
• Knowledge of solution architecture principles such as scalability, resilience, error handling, and maintainability.
