Oracle Cloud Integration Development Manager (Oracle Integration Cloud)

Location: United Kingdom, any city; fully remote with some travel to client sites

What you will do

• Co-lead an integration workstream within a major Oracle Cloud transformation programme.
• Plan, govern, and deliver integration activities while managing priorities, workloads, quality, and milestones.
• Design and build scalable integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and define reusable integration patterns and standards.
• Lead complex or business-critical integrations and resolve technical issues across environments.
• Support system integration, user acceptance, and performance testing, as well as post-go-live stabilisation.
• Mentor developers, coordinate with architects, functional leads, programme teams, and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience leading or co-leading integration teams within Oracle Cloud or Fusion programmes.
• Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Expertise in APIs, REST, SOAP, event-driven, and file-based integration approaches.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes in shared-leadership or matrix environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to pass security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Integration experience across Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, or EPM.
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD approaches.
• Experience in multi-vendor or systems integrator environments.
• Knowledge of security, data protection, and governance in integration design.
