What you will do

• Deliver Salesforce enhancements and configuration changes, from requirements analysis and coding through testing and implementation.
• Support, maintain, and improve the existing Salesforce environment.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications and systems using web services and APIs.
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning components, flows, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver business requirements and participate in code reviews.
• Monitor Salesforce developments and recommend best practices for existing and new implementations.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, flows, DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM administration and customization, including Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• In-depth understanding of the Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields.
• Practical knowledge of CRM automation using AI tools such as Agentforce.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, Administrator, or JavaScript.
