Manager, SAP SuccessFactors Platform (SAP)

What you will do

• Own the delivery, operation, governance, and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
• Manage a development team of 4–6 individual contributors across Manila and the UK.
• Oversee SuccessFactors configuration, testing, deployment, integrations, permissions, data quality, and compliance controls.
• Deliver HR technology projects end to end, including scope, planning, reporting, risks, issues, timelines, and budgets.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, business stakeholders, and external partners to shape scalable technology solutions.
• Facilitate Agile delivery and use AI across analysis, planning, documentation, testing, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors administration, configuration, support, governance, release management, integrations, permissions, and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience delivering HR technology projects end to end, including stakeholder management, risk management, reporting, and budget control.
• Experience working in Agile environments, managing backlogs, prioritizing work, and running delivery ceremonies.
• Ability to work confidently with senior HR stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and influence decisions.
• Understanding of HR processes, data privacy, security, audit controls, compliance, and service management.
• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• SAP SuccessFactors, ITIL, Agile, or project management certifications.
• Experience supporting additional HR technology platforms.
