Salesforce Administrator

Location: Remote, UK only. Work sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Administer Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows, automation, and custom objects.
• Design, build, modify, and test Salesforce functionality, workflows, and integrations using declarative and code-based solutions.
• Develop project plans, requirements, technical documentation, and QA change documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, Salesforce teams, and other stakeholders to improve automation, segmentation, and data-driven initiatives.
• Support existing applications and third-party systems while managing internal expectations and communications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and experience designing, developing, and implementing CRM platforms.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Proficiency in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data integration tools, ETL tools, and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, plus proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Marketing Cloud Administrator certification.
• Experience with Heroku, Conga, Data Cloud, Field Service, and Case Management.
• Experience working in hyper-growth or acquisition-driven organizations.
