Financial Controller

Location: On-site role in the U.S. region; occasional travel to other locations is required.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Manage the site finance control cycle, including annual operating plans, monthly reporting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate reporting packages, financial statements, management comments, and internal communications.
• Monitor site financial results and partner with Operations leadership on improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain accounting records and strong internal controls in line with company policies, laws, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with accounting, tax, benefits, and other external finance providers on audits, compliance, and deadlines.
• Support cash-flow projections, annual budgeting, recurring accounting transactions, and the closing process.

Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting and finance experience.
• 5+ years of controller experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in warehousing, supply chain, or logistics is preferred.
• Availability to work on-site in the U.S. region and travel occasionally to other locations.
