Associate, FP&A (Fintech)

Location: Fort Lee, New Jersey, United States; hybrid/onsite office role

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Support Board, investor, business-unit, and client profitability reporting.
• Analyze revenue, costs, variances, profitability, KPIs, and performance against targets.
• Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasts.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses, scenario analyses, financial statements, and remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with financial departments and senior business leaders to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analyst roles.
• Experience with financial planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work from the Fort Lee office in a hybrid/onsite arrangement.

Nice to have

• CPA or CFA certification.
• Big Four, banking, fintech, or public-company experience.
• Experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Hyperion, or Prologue Workday.
