Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Prepare board and investor reporting along with ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Monitor revenue cost trends, explain budget variances, and propose remediation actions.
• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts.
• Analyze business unit KPIs and performance against targets.
• Prepare financial statements in business unit format and analyze client profitability.
• Collaborate across departments to enable strategic financial decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analyst roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• CPA or CFA certification.
• Experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Hyperion, or Prologue.
• Previous experience in Banking or Fintech.
• Big 4 or public company background.
