Tenders Specialist - Air Freight

Location: Madrid - Algete, Spain; Paris - Roissy-en-France, France; Porto, Portugal (remote); Prague, Czech Republic.

What you will do

• Manage the planning, organization, direction, and delivery of large-scale global logistics RFQs.
• Analyze bids, pricing data, market competitiveness, risk, yield, discrepancies, and performance against previous rounds.
• Lead internal bid preparation, including kick-offs, review calls, communication milestones, pricing instructions, and rate architecture.
• Coordinate input from Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, and global pricing colleagues to align company interests with customer requirements.
• Manage submissions, uploads, version control, additional pricing rounds, pipeline reports, and RFQ status updates.
• Train counterparts on tender-management tools and resources and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• Graduate from a relevant and/or compatible program.
• Proficiency in Business English, MS Suite, freight forwarding, logistics, and transportation.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in pricing, procurement, Tender Management, product development, inside sales, freight forwarding operations, or related areas.
• Previous experience with cross-functional teams, multicultural environments, and project-based work is required.

Nice to have

• Mastery of an additional language such as German, French, or Spanish.
