Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid arrangement with work from home up to 2 days per week depending on team needs. Flex-Location allows up to 30 days per year working from any location in the world.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day sourcing and procurement activities for the Euro Geo scope, including RFPs, e-RFx, quotes, renewals, frameworks, agreements, and local contract negotiations.
• Work with Group Procurement, central category leads, bid teams, and internal stakeholders to use preferred suppliers and category plans while supporting local sourcing.
• Create regional sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and develop stakeholder and supplier relationships to reduce costs, mitigate risk, ensure continuity of supply, and support growth.
• Manage bid support, statements of work, commercial terms, due diligence, and procurement requirements across the Euro Geo scope.
• Support procurement transformation through adoption and enhancement of digital procurement tools and the use of AI in problem solving and sourcing.
• Deliver regional sourcing plans while incorporating sustainable sourcing principles, ESG and CSR criteria, data and AI risk mitigation, and procurement support for geo M&A activity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-category procurement experience in a global environment.
• Business partnering and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across multifunctional teams and independently.
• Experience working on multiple bids and providing procurement bid support.
• Awareness of geo dynamics and experience working across multifunctional teams.
• Negotiation skills, ideally across multiple categories, together with contract drafting experience.
• Category management and regional strategy experience.
• Experience with digital tools, IT literacy, and AI awareness.
• Commercial mindset, numeracy, inquisitiveness, and an innovative approach.
• Experience supporting and implementing geo M&A activity, from due diligence through implementation.
