Buyer - Cabin Scope

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work. Travel to hirify.global core countries—France, Germany, Spain, and the UK—may be required up to once a quarter.

What you will do

• Define and lead strategic sourcing and contract management activities for complex assigned products and services.
• Manage calls for tender and supplier selection in fair competition according to hirify.global procurement processes.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, generic terms, and conditions with key suppliers.
• Secure contractual frameworks and the best purchasing conditions for hirify.global.
• Ensure delivered goods and services meet contractual cost, time, and quality requirements.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvements across the procurement lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of procurement experience, typically toward the upper end of the range, with deep knowledge of the discipline.
• Advanced skills in tendering, complex negotiation, legal and contracting matters, and supplier relationship management.
• Knowledge of export control and sustainability laws and regulations.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Ability to adapt to hirify.global end-to-end procurement tools, including SAP, E-Proc, and AirSupply, and extensive use of Google Suite.
• Delivery-oriented soft skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to convince and influence stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Team-player mindset and comfort with remote working.
• Commitment to integrity, equity, ethics, and compliance in supplier selection and procurement activities.

Nice to have

• French and/or German language skills.
