Group Manager - Network Flow & Linehaul Planning

Location: Remote, Villeneuve-d'Ascq, Hauts-de-France, France. Scope covers Poland, France, the UK, Spain, Italy, Benelux, and future markets.

What you will do

• Own and standardize the group-wide linehaul management model, including route design, capacity planning, freight fill rate, transit time, and cost KPIs.
• Optimize parcel flows and cross-border lanes across European markets, including emerging Belgium–Netherlands routes.
• Build dashboards and investigate root causes of transit-time issues, leading corrective actions with local markets.
• Prepare cost-benefit and risk business cases for network redesign and transport investments.
• Contribute to the technology-enabled linehaul redesign in France, including carrier collaboration, settlement, and monitoring.
• Manage two direct reports, guide market transport managers and planners, and co-own the international middle-mile transport budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, transport engineering, business, economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, courier, transport, or network-flow operations across multiple markets.
• At least 3 years of experience preparing advanced business cases and reports for senior stakeholders.
• At least 3 years of experience leading or contributing to international standardization, optimization, or systems-implementation projects.
• English proficiency at C1 level required.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills, strong large-scale data analysis, linehaul network economics knowledge, and senior stakeholder negotiation experience.
