Sales - Derivatives and Clearing Associate (Derivatives)

What you will do

• Acquire new business by upselling to existing clients and originating new clients for the platform.
• Increase client volumes and revenues through commercial opportunities.
• Partner with Product teams to optimise and expand the client value proposition.
• Communicate new client requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, trading, and sales teams to execute the sales strategy.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

• At least two years of sales experience, ideally in financial services or capital markets.
• Solid product knowledge of derivatives and a good understanding of clearing services.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, customer-oriented, and numbers-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
