Sales - Derivatives and Clearing Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Acquire new business by upselling to existing clients and originating new clients for the platform.
• Increase client volumes and revenues through derivatives and clearing products.
• Partner with Product teams to optimise and expand the client value proposition.
• Raise client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal stakeholders.
• Support and execute the sales strategy with Product, Marketing, Trading, and Sales teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and maximise commercial impact.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in sales, ideally in financial services or capital markets.
• Solid product knowledge of derivatives and a good understanding of clearing services.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, customer-oriented, and numbers-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
