What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable data models using dbt, SQL, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Develop impactful Power BI dashboards and semantic models for self-service reporting.
• Contribute to the evolution and modernization of the cloud analytics platform.
• Champion analytics best practices and mentor fellow team members.
• Drive innovative initiatives including AI-assisted analytics and self-service capabilities.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer in modern enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, dbt, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
• Proven ability to build scalable analytical solutions and semantic models.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Passion for mentoring colleagues and driving technical excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure and Unity Catalog.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Background in AI-assisted development.
• Experience with cloud migration projects.
