What you will do

• Maintain compliant job descriptions, HR policies, systems, processes, organization charts, and employee directories.
• Develop and deliver training, coaching, performance management, and appraisal programs.
• Investigate employee issues, conflicts, policy violations, and workplace concerns, and manage disciplinary and termination outcomes.
• Develop compensation strategies using market research and pay surveys, and conduct performance and salary reviews.
• Drive workforce analytics, reporting, and workforce planning initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Manage and guide HR site representatives across the distribution centers while partnering with leadership on strategic HR goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar human resources role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, workplace investigations, employee relations, compensation, performance management, safety, and hiring.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA requirements.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in human resources management, labor relations, or an equivalent qualification preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organization, time management, confidentiality, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience with multiple stakeholders, including prioritizing and delegating projects and tasks; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
