HR Manager

Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States; full-time on-site, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with weekend escalation support when required

hirify.global, through Reach Logistics, operates a global eCommerce logistics and strategy business that distributes products for major brands across marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.

What you will do

• Lead the warehouse HR function and manage a small HR support team.
• Advise operations leaders on employee relations, performance management, policies, and workforce matters.
• Handle investigations, accommodations, terminations, engagement initiatives, training administration, and employee communications.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, payroll timecard reviews, attendance records, workers’ compensation claims, OSHA logs, and badge access.
• Partner with staffing agencies and support recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, evaluations, and exit interviews.
• Maintain HRIS records and analyze workforce data to improve culture, productivity, retention, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or higher.
• Experience resolving complex employee relations issues and providing guidance to managers.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, ACA, and other employment laws and regulations.
• Benefits liaison experience and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, during the required weekday schedule and handle weekend escalations when needed.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite; Workday experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment.
• Spanish bilingual ability.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
