HR Manager

Location: On-site at the warehouse in Bethlehem, PA, US. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with availability to handle weekend escalations when required.

Reach Logistics, a hirify.global company, provides eCommerce logistics and distribution services for major brands selling through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces, operating seven warehouses in five countries.

What you will do

• Lead site HR functions and manage a small HR team supporting warehouse operations leaders.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, policies, coaching, disciplinary actions, career development, and workplace investigations.
• Partner with leaders and staffing agencies on recruiting, orientations, onboarding, background checks, succession planning, and workforce needs.
• Administer benefits, leave, payroll records, timecards, attendance, employee records, HRIS data, badge access, OSHA logs, and workers’ compensation claims.
• Develop and execute engagement, training, communication, and culture initiatives while analyzing HR metrics, exit feedback, and employee questionnaires.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and coordinate with legal counsel and vendors as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or higher, demonstrating independent decision-making and self-initiative.
• Ability to work on-site in Bethlehem, PA, from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, with weekend escalation coverage when required.
• Experience resolving complex employee relations issues and building culture and employee engagement.
• Working knowledge of employment law and regulations including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, and ACA.
• Benefits liaison experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to manage a diverse workload, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and remain calm and professional during difficult situations.
• Self-driven, organized, proactive, ethical, confidential, analytical, and detail-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Experience with Workday.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
