Manager, Technical Implementation Services (Legaltech SaaS)

Location: Remote-US

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 annually plus equity

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow technical implementation services teams, including team structure, hiring plans, performance expectations, and career development.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery for integrations with case management systems, legal practice management platforms, and other partner technologies.
• Develop scalable integration frameworks, playbooks, templates, dashboards, KPIs, and workflows for predictable delivery and customer activation.
• Partner with Solutions Architecture on pre-sale technical scoping and ensure implementation commitments support long-term customer success.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Technical Program Management, Security, Legal, and Compliance on handoffs, requirements, data migration, and roadmap improvements.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and risks, improve time-to-go-live, drive automation, and manage relevant vendors and technology partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, systems integration, or professional services, including at least 3 years managing multiple teams or team leads.
• Experience designing and delivering complex system integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and SaaS workflows.
• Strong technical fluency in integration architecture, data modeling, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineers and data specialists.
• Experience scaling post-sale technical teams in fast-growing, customer-facing environments with multiple concurrent implementations.
• Strong communication, operational ownership, process design, metrics management, and cross-functional problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices, including SOC 2 and HIPAA/PII requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal technology, legaltech SaaS, or professional services for law firms.
• Familiarity with case management systems and legal practice management platforms used by personal injury law firms.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python scripting, or API development.
• Experience leading teams through hypergrowth or significant organizational scaling.
• Exposure to AI-powered products and their implementation requirements.
