Assistant Branch Manager - Colorado & Ohio

Location: In-office at the Colorado & Ohio branch in Glendale, Colorado (80246), United States

Base salary: $53,625–$89,375 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support branch performance across individual, team, sales, service, and operational activities.
• Build a high-performing team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, development, and performance management.
• Deliver proactive customer experiences and provide solutions that support clients’ financial well-being.
• Drive sales targets, customer loyalty, branch revenue, household acquisition, and share-of-wallet growth.
• Resolve customer issues and collaborate with partners in an omnichannel environment.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks by following established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 4+ years of related business or functional experience, product knowledge, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent; comparable education, certification, experience, or military service may be considered instead.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, retail lending, selling, customer service, and customer experience.
• Strong coaching, communication, decision-making, critical-thinking, digital-awareness, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and applicable banking laws.
