Pipeline Bilingual Spanish Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: Rockville, Maryland, United States of America; based at a branch within Montgomery County

Salary: $72,200–$120,300 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage branch activities, operating performance, profitability, transactions, servicing, digital engagement, and sales.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees, including staffing, interviews, performance management, promotions, and related managerial decisions.
• Grow Retail and Business Banking relationships through proactive outreach, product bundling, business development, and community involvement.
• Identify customer needs and provide short- and long-term banking solutions while owning complex servicing and error-resolution issues through completion.
• Process Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000 and maintain strong partnerships across the bank.
• Maintain operational, security, fraud-prevention, audit, regulatory, and internal-control standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of sales experience and two years of managerial experience or proven leadership ability.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish; proficiency will be assessed.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products, services, and client relationship management.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
• Current or required completion of SAFE Act registration, insurance licensing, and M&T Business Banking Specialist requirements.
