Bilingual Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: Danbury, Connecticut, United States; onsite branch role

Salary: $75,900–$126,500 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Manage branch activities, profitability, annual sales goals, operations, customer experience, and digital engagement.
• Lead, coach, hire, develop, and performance-manage branch staff.
• Identify retail and business banking needs, grow business relationships, and conduct proactive community outreach.
• Resolve complex account servicing and error-resolution issues while improving future service outcomes.
• Process Business Banking loan requests up to $100,000 and bundle relevant products and services.
• Maintain operational, security, fraud-prevention, audit, regulatory, and internal-control standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of sales experience and two years of managerial experience or proven leadership ability.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products, services, profitability, and client relationship management.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English and Spanish is required, with proficiency assessed during the process.
• Ability to use common PC and Microsoft Office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Maintain SAFE Act registration requirements; insurance licensing may be required within 18 months, with training provided within six months.
