Salary: $68,400–$114,000 annual, USD

What you will do

• Manage branch activities, profitability, sales, business development, operations, servicing, and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, develop, hire, and manage branch employees, including performance reviews and staffing decisions.
• Identify retail and business banking needs, grow Business Banking relationships, and build community presence through outreach and outside calling.
• Process Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000 and bundle appropriate products and services.
• Resolve complex account servicing and customer issues while coaching staff to reduce future escalations.
• Maintain operational, security, compliance, audit, fraud-prevention, and customer-asset protection standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of sales experience and two years of managerial experience or proven leadership ability.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products, services, profitability, and client relationship management.
• Ability to use common PC software, including Microsoft Office, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• M&T Way Certification and Precision Leadership Certification.
• Insurance licensing may be required within 18 months; Business Banking Specialist qualification is required within 18 months of hire.
