SharePoint Developer (Microsoft 365)

Location: Washington, D.C.; onsite support required; all applicants must currently reside in the United States.

Salary: USD $135,357–$211,156 per year.

What you will do

• Build and maintain complex intranets, custom SharePoint applications, and integrated web solutions for DIA.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, including permissions, lists, libraries, pages, and content.
• Develop scripted tools to streamline workforce processes and publish announcements to public-facing websites.
• Support internal and external communications platforms and collaborate with public affairs teams.
• Translate business requirements into practical SharePoint solutions and troubleshoot technical enhancements.
• Support end users while independently handling complex SharePoint requirements.

Requirements

• Strong SharePoint super-user experience as a sole contributor.
• Development and customization experience for SharePoint technical enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft 365 experience; Power Automate and Power Apps experience is preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions and support end users.
• Master’s degree in a related area with 12 years of experience, or a related bachelor’s degree plus 17 years of related senior experience.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and current U.S. residency are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Department of Defense or Intelligence Community processes and requirements.
• Ability to define project timelines and deliver quality products with minimal supervision.
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.
