SharePoint Developer II (Microsoft SharePoint)

What you will do

• Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, libraries, permissions, and collaboration tools.
• Develop SharePoint solutions supporting program execution and document management.
• Improve information access, version control, document routing, and team collaboration.
• Test complex software programs and user interface tools.
• Identify discrepancies between software performance and technical documentation and recommend quality improvements.
• Reprogram software to resolve complex issues or enhance functionality, escalating issues to development teams when necessary.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required before starting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience with applicable certifications.
• Typically 6–8 years of experience or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience designing, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint solutions, workflows, libraries, permissions, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to implement software testing and documentation methods aligned with industry and customer standards.
• Required or applicable certifications may include Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, or Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert.
