What you will do

• Build, update, publish, and maintain responsive landing pages, product pages, and resource hubs in Webflow or WordPress.
• Manage reusable components, structured content models, CMS governance, templates, and scalable page-creation practices.
• Improve SEO and AEO through keyword and prompt research, structured data, semantic content, and search-optimized content.
• Monitor website performance, uptime, Core Web Vitals, security, accessibility, backups, updates, and operational integrity, including SOC 2-related controls.
• Improve user journeys, navigation, usability, accessibility, engagement, and conversion across devices.
• Maintain Salesforce and marketing-system integrations, lead routing, attribution, tracking, website backlog, and major web initiatives while coordinating with Marketing, Design, Product, Sales, IT, Security, and vendors.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience owning, building, and optimizing modern websites.
• Strong Webflow and/or WordPress development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing or SaaS organizations and managing a website as a business-critical channel.
• Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals, CMS and component-based systems, SEO/AEO, analytics, tracking, performance monitoring, and CRM integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, prioritization, project management, autonomous decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
