Web Developer (WordPress)

Location: US, Remote; occasional company-sponsored travel of up to 10% may be required.

Base salary: $160,795–$189,000 annually, plus equity in the form of stock options.

hirify.global is a remote cybersecurity product company whose NodeZero platform provides autonomous penetration testing and security assessment capabilities.

What you will do

• Build and maintain WordPress pages, themes, templates, custom post types, custom fields, blocks, and reusable components.
• Translate Figma designs and campaign briefs into responsive, mobile-first, production-ready web pages.
• Own site performance, Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile responsiveness, uptime, plugins, security patches, and technical site health.
• Create landing pages, forms, interactive elements, A/B tests, and CRO improvements that support campaign and demo-request conversion.
• Implement analytics, conversion tracking, event tags, UTM handling, technical SEO, structured data, redirects, and third-party marketing integrations.
• Manage staging, Git-based version control, cross-browser and accessibility QA, regression testing, and clean production releases in collaboration with marketing, design, and product marketing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on web development experience, ideally with B2B marketing or corporate websites.
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills, including responsive, cross-browser, mobile-first development.
• Deep WordPress experience with theme and template development, custom blocks, page builders, plugins, and integrations.
• Experience optimizing site performance, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, event tracking, UTM tracking, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Experience translating Figma designs into high-fidelity pages and using Git, staging, QA, and production deployment practices.

Nice to have

• Background in cybersecurity, developer tools, or technical enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Experience with A/B testing, CRO programs, accessibility standards such as WCAG, and privacy compliance including GDPR and CCPA.
• Basic design sensibility and the ability to make small visual and UX decisions when designs are incomplete.
