Maintenance Technician (Plant Equipment): Maintaining and repairing blending, packaging, conveying, pumping, valve, hot oil, and steam systems in an onsite plant environment with an accent on preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Focus on troubleshooting technical issues, fabricating and welding components, pipefitting, managing work orders, and participating in Control of Work risk assessments.

What you will do
- Maintain blending, packaging, valve, pump, conveyor, hot oil, and steam systems.
- Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, corrective work, and predictive maintenance assignments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify actions to prevent HSSE and quality problems.
- Assess maintenance projects and prepare bills of materials for parts and equipment.
- Maintain replacement-parts and shop-material inventories.
- Perform fabrication, assembly, welding, cutting, and pipefitting, and participate in Control of Work risk assessments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to operate motorized equipment, including forklifts and high-reach equipment.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems such as Ultimo or SAP.
- Availability for onsite work in Warminster, Pennsylvania.
- Availability Monday through Friday, either 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
