What you will do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment to maintain efficiency and operational standards.
• Optimize equipment settings and machine parameters to ensure peak performance and minimal damage rates.
• Investigate system errors and troubleshoot technical issues to avoid production interruptions.
• Maintain a computerized maintenance log to document all actions and inventory use.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assist in training new team members.
• Collaborate with the production floor to escalate and resolve issues causing delays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC.
