AI Transformation & Strategy Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the United States, with at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or approved coworking location between client engagements; client engagements may require onsite work. Candidates must live within reasonable commuting distance of a hirify.global location.

Salary: $93,800–$116,300 annual base for Consultant level; $130,600–$135,700 annual base for Senior Consultant level, plus annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Identify high-impact opportunities for generative AI, automation, and AI-enabled transformation with business stakeholders.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into practical AI use cases, workflows, and solution concepts.
• Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered workflows and agent-driven solutions across operations, finance, sales, customer support, and enterprise services.
• Coordinate technical, product, data, and cross-functional teams to move solutions from pilots to scaled deployment.
• Measure adoption, performance, user feedback, and business impact while refining prompts, workflows, and operating processes.
• Support training, change management, documentation, governance, and responsible AI adoption.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with digital, data, automation, or AI-related initiatives in consulting or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, copilots, automation workflows, and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
• Ability to structure business problems into practical solutions and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experimentation with OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with enterprise systems, data platforms, CRM tools, or operational workflows.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies or transformation programs.
• Experience in consulting, technology, financial services, or fintech.
