Location: Hybrid role, must be based in France, Luxembourg, Spain, or Portugal.

What you will do

  • Innovate and automate transactional processes to reduce manual workload.
  • Develop AI and data-driven opportunities including process insights and intelligent automation.
  • Manage end-to-end process improvements from business analysis to implementation.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to roll out scalable solutions.
  • Monitor process standards using Lean methodology.
  • Guide stakeholders through change and build buy-in for new digital tools.

Requirements

  • Fluent communication in English and French is required.
  • Experience in defining and improving process flows and setting up chatbots.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into concrete optimizations.
  • Experience or affinity with payroll administration, social legislation, or IT.
  • Proven experience in change and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Spanish.
