Financial Services Representative II (Mandarin/Cantonese)

Location: On-site full-time at Vancouver-Victoria Dr & 41St in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Build relationships with personal and business banking clients and understand their financial goals.
• Provide tailored advice and recommend cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection solutions.
• Develop forward-looking financial plans and connect clients with relevant people and opportunities.
• Conduct marketing and outreach activities, grow the client network, and deepen existing relationships.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing, through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada, with a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Mandarin and Cantonese language capability for the role.
• Client-first mindset, relationship-building skills, critical thinking, goal orientation, and accountability.
• Digital literacy and the ability to explain mobile banking technology to clients.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
