Universal Banker I (Financial Services)

Location: Toronto-Eglinton & Lloyd Manor, Toronto, ON; on-site full-time. Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during evening or weekend banking centre hours is required.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business banking clients to understand their priorities and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Provide forward-looking financial guidance using knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with the appropriate internal specialists, products, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile and online banking applications and help them manage their banking needs.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, curious, and relationship-driven approach.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Ability to work full-time on-site, including possible evenings and weekends, and travel between nearby banking centres.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
