Personal Banker - Oxon Hill (Retail Banking)

Location: In-office in Oxon Hill, Maryland, United States

Base salary: $49,500–$82,500 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales interactions, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking, lending, and digital solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and increase customers’ share of wallet through personalized financial guidance.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Follow risk, loss-prevention, and branch operating procedures to ensure accurate daily operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the office in Oxon Hill, Maryland.
