Global Supply Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Fully onsite in Centennial, Colorado or Long Beach, California; U.S. export-control eligibility required

Base salary: $85,000–$140,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and implement a scalable, compliant, and resilient supply chain strategy.
• Oversee demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and supplier performance to support production schedules.
• Build supplier and vendor relationships focused on quality, pricing, and reliable delivery.
• Establish supply chain metrics and actionable reporting for senior and executive leadership.
• Identify supply chain risks, implement corrective actions, and develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with legal, engineering, program management, production, and finance teams on timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of supply chain management experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, or technology manufacturing.
• Experience developing and managing supplier relationships in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Proficiency with supply chain management software and familiarity with aerospace and defense requirements, including ITAR and DFARS.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience with aerospace-specific quality standards such as AS9100.
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations and aerospace or defense manufacturing compliance.
