Senior Global Supply Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Hybrid role based near Denver or Colorado Springs, with some work required onsite. The posting also lists Denver, CO or Long Beach, CA. U.S. work authorization is required under ITAR and related export regulations.

Base salary: $105,000–$185,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and implement a scalable, compliant, and resilient supply chain strategy.
• Support make-or-buy analysis, capacity planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Build supplier relationships and manage quality, pricing, delivery schedules, supply risks, and development activities.
• Lead negotiations covering cost, terms, capacity, long-lead agreements, and total cost of ownership.
• Monitor supply chain performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with legal, engineering, program management, production, and finance on regulatory compliance, project timelines, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of supply chain management experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, or technology manufacturing.
• Experience developing and managing supplier relationships in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with supply chain management software systems and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of aerospace and defense manufacturing requirements, including AS9100, ITAR, DFARS, export controls, and FAR.
• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, protected-individual status, or eligibility to obtain required U.S. authorizations is required.
