Leadership Rotation Network Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL; physical presence required and the role is not offered remotely. Work authorization in the United States is required without sponsorship.

Salary: $110,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Complete immersive onboarding focused on market fundamentals and participate in a yearlong Leadership Rotation Network program.
• Rotate through up to three middle- and back-office teams, such as Global Trading Operations, Treasury/Cash, and Business Management.
• Lead projects and contribute to daily operational processes supporting the trading business.
• Analyze situations, investigate discrepancies, reconcile information across systems, and develop practical solutions.
• Use data tools and AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, troubleshoot issues, draft queries or scripts, and identify workflow improvements.
• Collaborate across diverse business groups and build relationships within the LRN cohort and community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field, with graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large, structured data sets.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar data tools, with willingness to deepen these skills.
• Ability to validate AI-generated outputs, protect confidential information, document assumptions, and escalate uncertainty.
• United States work authorization without sponsorship and willingness to live and work in Chicago are required.

• Understanding of financial securities and their markets.
• Internship experience or exposure to middle- or back-office operations.
• Interest in trading and technology, particularly a career in middle- or back-office functions.
