Salary: $111,200.00–$198,650.00 USD plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Lead comprehensive operations analyses and provide strategic business insights.
• Guide advanced process analysis and end-to-end process mapping.
• Drive significant process improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain detailed records of business operations and support financial administration.
• Create and present strategic financial reports, budgets, and long-term business plans.
• Manage complex special projects and present recommendations to executive leadership while monitoring their impact.

Requirements

• Expertise in data analytics, insight generation, and business strategy.
• Advanced skills in process design, optimization, and innovation.
• Strong financial reporting, strategic analysis, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience leading high-impact projects and providing analytical leadership.
• Mastery of SQL, Tableau, Python, and machine learning platforms.
