Senior Project Manager, PaaS & Cloud Automation

Location: Bioggio, Canton Ticino, Switzerland; hybrid and flexible working available.

What you will do

• Own architecture and technology projects from initiation through execution, delivery, and closure.
• Lead projects involving cloud platforms, platform automation, middleware, and IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and BPaaS services.
• Steer technical delivery teams through analysis, architecture, development, testing, release, and live service.
• Manage project financials, resources, scope, quality, timelines, risks, issues, and blockers.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and technical or business proposals to clients, sales, senior stakeholders, C-suite executives, and boards.
• Translate business and product ambitions into technical implementations and communicate technical constraints in commercial language.

Requirements

• At least five years of project management experience with technical, cross-functional projects.
• University degree in technology, business, or a comparable field.
• Track record of delivering complex programs end to end across multiple engineering teams and the full software lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, automation, and IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and BPaaS concepts.
• Experience building and delivering scalable infrastructure platforms and services for real customers.
• Effective English communication through C-suite and board level is required.
