Application Management Lead (f/m/d)

Location: Kemptthal, Switzerland; hybrid work. Workload options: 80%, 90%, or 100%.

What you will do

• Own the requirements process for business applications, translating business needs into clearly defined and agreed scopes.
• Shape and maintain a prioritised application roadmap aligned with business goals and technical initiatives.
• Drive application initiatives from planning through implementation, managing timelines, scope, budget, quality, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, EDI, and in-house production and logistics solutions.
• Test solutions, validate releases, resolve issues, and champion master data quality and governance.
• Lead and coach a small team of application specialists across ERP, CRM, and solution architecture, tracking OKRs and KPIs with the Head of IT.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, and/or IT project management, ideally in ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional application projects with internal teams and external partners.
• Understanding of enterprise application landscapes, including applications, APIs, databases, integrations, and master data.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, PLM, or similar systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce knowledge is advantageous.
• Confident English communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is required.
• Hands-on ownership, pragmatic problem-solving, prioritisation skills, and collaborative leadership in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• German communication skills.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• IPMA, PMP, or IREB certification.
