Project Manager (AutoStore)

Location: Remote in Switzerland; willingness to travel across the DACH region is required.

What you will do

• Manage AutoStore realization projects from contract through final acceptance, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales during project acquisition and coordinate transitions into implementation and service.
• Build client relationships, identify opportunities, and mitigate project risks.
• Optimize processes, negotiate solutions, and drive financial improvements.
• Develop tools, standards, and processes that support successful project delivery.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering; knowledge of safety regulations is preferred.
• Professional experience in site or project management for automation systems, with a record of successfully delivered projects.
• Experience leading project teams, managing budgets, and achieving milestones.
• Fluent Swiss German and English are required.
• Ability to work effectively in construction-like project environments.
• Competence with AutoCAD, MS Office, and similar technical and project management tools.

Nice to have

• AutoStore or PLC experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
