Implementation Consultant – Estimating (Construction Technology)

Location: Onsite in Lake Oswego, OR; Atlanta, GA; Portsmouth, NH; or Westminster, CO. Travel across North America as required.

Salary: $67,700–$93,200 per year. Bonus eligible; not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through successful software adoption.
• Design implementation strategies aligned with client business objectives and estimating workflows.
• Configure software and integrations between B2W platforms and third-party applications.
• Use data insights and AI-enabled tools to improve onboarding and implementation processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer needs and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience in software implementation, onboarding, or technical consulting.
• Background in civil construction, engineering, or construction estimating workflows.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple complex client engagements.
• Comfort with CRM systems, productivity suites, and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts into business value.
• Ability to work onsite at one of the listed US locations and travel across North America as required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with the hirify.global B2W platform.
• Education in Construction Management or a related technical field.
• Experience documenting software enhancements and working with product development lifecycles.
