Client Service Business Transformation Leader (Finance Transformation)

Location

Location: Hybrid in multiple US cities including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, New York, South Florida, Southern California, and Washington, D.C.

Salary: $172,000 – $260,000 per year

What you will do

• Advise clients and develop solutions to improve business processes and align operating models for growth in finance and operations.
• Run smaller projects autonomously and provide guidance across multiple client engagements.
• Lead practice development initiatives including thought leadership and white papers.
• Contribute to developing future practice leaders and support team leadership.
• Partner with executive leaders on business development activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant consulting or corporate experience.
• Extensive expertise in Tier 1-3 ERPs, finance governance tools, CPM technologies, supply chain management, or data visualization solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to sustain long-term client relationships and lead teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required based on client location.
