Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 yearly

What you will do

• Analyze current organizational structures and business processes to identify operational challenges.
• Define target operating models and future-state processes for manufacturing and engineering environments.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and business cases.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment and decision-making.
• Lead change management initiatives, including communication strategies and user readiness plans.
• Support the deployment of manufacturing software such as MES, ERP, or PLM platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Kinston, North Carolina, USA.
• Experience as an industrial transformation consultant with MES or manufacturing software deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, aeronautical, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in international and multicultural environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
